The location was fantastic! Very close to Termini station, making travel easy. The room was bright and clean. The shower offered super instant hot water. Great value for money!

The quadruple room we stayed in was clean and cozy, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely courtyard with the kids. It’s a great spot to chill after a long day, but the furniture was a bit outdated and could use some TLC. I’d recommend bringing your own cups since there aren't any in the room! 😊

We enjoyed our 4-night stay in a quadruple room! The location was excellent for accessing public transport. Daily towel changes were appreciated. However, the furniture needs updating, and better communication from reception would enhance the experience. Don't forget to grab a coffee when you check in!

The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the station and close to bus stops, making access to attractions simple. The room was bright with a lovely view of the trees and a modernized bathroom featuring a fantastic shower with instant hot water. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and clean, providing a comfortable environment. While amenities were good, be prepared for the absence of slippers in the room.

I cherished the welcoming atmosphere, clean surroundings, and convenient location near Termini station. The staff were exceptionally attentive, especially Riccardo, who offered great tips and a lovely bottle of wine, enhancing our experience immensely.

The location is perfect-so close to Termini station and easily walkable to tourist spots. I loved the beautiful garden area where I sipped wine, thanks to the amazing service from Riccardo. The cleanliness and comfy beds.

Good enough for a quick stay

The cleaning was excellent, they changed the towels every day and made the beds. The breakfast was decent, coffee and pastries were nice. Provided a good start to the day, more than I expected.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still manageable.

perfect base for walking to rome's famous landmarks and parks

We really enjoyed our stay here because it was just a 20-minute stroll to the stunning Trevi Fountain and only a little further to the iconic Colosseum, making it so easy to explore all that Rome has to offer by foot. plus, the surrounding area had some cozy places to grab a bite, with one restaurant just a few steps away being our favorite for dinner.

The location near Termini station was a game changer for us! 🚉 Even if the furniture was a bit old, the comfy beds and friendly service made up for it. Just wish the walls were cleaner!
